Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of auranetics.com, our demo applications hosted on auranetics.com subdomains, and any software, application, or service developed or licensed by Auranetics ("Auranetics," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing our website, creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using any application we build, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.
Who We Are
Auranetics is a software and app development company. We design, build, and license custom web and mobile applications, and we offer a catalog of pre-built demo applications that can be personalized and licensed on a subscription basis.
Auranetics is a technology provider. We are not a party to, and do not operate, any business that licenses our software to run its own operations — including but not limited to hospitality, food service, transportation, laundry, or medical scheduling businesses.
Client Responsibility & Limitation of Liability
Auranetics builds and licenses software. We are not responsible for how a client or end user operates their business or uses the software we provide. By licensing or subscribing to any Auranetics application, the client acknowledges and agrees that:
- The client is solely responsible for obtaining any licenses, permits, insurance, or regulatory approvals required to legally operate their business, in their jurisdiction, using the application
- The client is solely responsible for the accuracy of the content, pricing, and information they enter into the application
- The client is solely responsible for their interactions, transactions, and agreements with their own customers or end users, conducted through the application
- Auranetics does not verify, endorse, supervise, or take part in the day-to-day operation of any client's business
- Auranetics is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from a client's or end user's use — or misuse — of the software, to the fullest extent permitted by law
Our software is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose.
Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Subscriptions & Payments
Some Auranetics applications are offered on a subscription basis with a free trial period, as described on our pricing page at the time of signup. By subscribing, you agree that:
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe; Auranetics does not store your full payment card details
- Unless canceled before the trial period ends, your card will be charged automatically at the rate shown at signup
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law
Demo Applications
Applications hosted on auranetics.com subdomains (e.g., hotel.auranetics.com, taxi.auranetics.com) are provided for demonstration purposes to showcase our development capabilities. Data entered into these demos may be reset, cleared, or visible to other visitors exploring the same demo, and should not be treated as private or permanent.
Intellectual Property
All designs, code templates, trademarks, and content on auranetics.com belong to Auranetics unless otherwise agreed in writing (for example, in a custom development contract). Licensing an Auranetics application grants you the right to use and personalize it for your business; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying code or design to you unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our website or applications to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe on the rights of any third party
- Transmit malicious code or attempt to disrupt our systems
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with Auranetics
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
